Ritual Notary is a licensed California Notary Public commission held in Alameda County. All notarial acts are performed in strict accordance with California law and carry full legal validity. Ceremonial elements — including but not limited to crystals, candles, sage, velvet, dramatic attire, and the lingering presence of one ghost cat — are atmospheric in nature and confer no additional legal authority, binding power, or magical obligation upon any party. Oaths & Bindings ceremonial services are entirely non-legal in nature and should not be mistaken for notarial acts, legal advice, or an actual curse.
